We control the quality of the molds for surface regularity and cleanliness.
We control the quality of each clay figurine after it has been taken out of its mold.
We control the quality of each figurine after painting.
We control the quality of each figurine after kilning.
We control the quality of each figurine after it has been bar coded and labelled
when ready to export.

On top our QC section also checks all the pigments and formulas during the process of developing the glaze to insure that we get the very same colors every time.

Production process -  the production of our hand painted ceramic products consist of 9 main steps.

1 - Our artists sculpt the original 3D model.
2 - We produce our own molds.
3 - We mix ourselves the clay and other components based on the type of products to be done.
4 - We then pour the mixture of clay in molds and let it dry for a few hours.
5 - We open the molds and get the three dimension figure which is then wiped by a smooth cloth to clean it.
6 - We put the figurines in a kiln for a low temperature firing, which hardens the surface.
7 - We hand paint the figurines with a liquid glaze .
8 - We put the figurines in a high temperature kiln which can go up to 1200 Degrees Celsius. During this process the glaze finally reveals its final color and texture.
9 - We barcode and pack the finished product and prepare it for export.
